We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

An item is damaged or defective
In the event your product is damaged or defective, please submit a Return Request within sixty days of delivery of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect (a photo will do).
We will promptly review your request and will inform you as quickly as possible on how we can resolve the issue for you.

Should the return be considered a defect, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement according to your request.
For defective products, we will offer a pre-paid shipping label and the merchandise must be shipped within seven days of the issued pre-paid label date.
Failure to send back the merchandise within seven days of receiving the shipping label will disqualify the order from the review process and a refund will not be issued.
Before submitting for a return, please note the following:
Packaging and product returning must be in original form. Dirty or worn clothing with missing tags/labels are not eligible. Washed clothing is not eligible for return.
A photo of the damage or defect will be needed before we can process a return or exchange.
An item is the wrong size.
Should the item you receive be different from the size made on the order, we will replace the product free of charge.
Should the item you receive be the wrong size due to an incorrect choice during the order process, or not checking the sizing chart, please contact us to see what we can do about a discounted re-order of a new size.
I was sent the wrong item
Should you receive an item that was not in your order, we will issue a full refund for the missing item, or we will resend the correct item to you free of charge, with no requirement for the original item to be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
